Fostering Entrepreneurialism with Ben F Dowis III
How do you foster entrepreneurialism?
Our business model at this company is designed to help agents become investors, become entrepreneurs. We want them to have that mentality.
Some companies are focused on the dollar coming into the company; we are more focused on the dollar coming into the agent because we know the company benefits from that as well.
We teach our agents to be good investors in not only business but their health and personal life. When those circles are balanced, life is good.

High school and college does not prepare or develop in the students a sense of entrepreneurism. Punching a clock, or otherwise trading your time for money working for someone else does not encourage entrepreneurism. Many agents do not think of themselves as small business owners. The one-on-one and group sessions at Realty Executives are an investment by both the company and the agent for brighter tomorrow.
